“Gender characteristics of being a woman in modern society.”

Gender classifications is like a clay wherein a clay has lots of different types, it could be a hard clay or a soft clay, the hard clay can be an example of a man’s personality, strength, and attitude, while a soft clay may be an example of a woman’s personality who is soft, weak and that can easily be formed into what someone wants them to be.

But first, Let’s see how society sees or what are the societal roles and the different tasks of a woman and man in society, because an example of this is belief of the society is about a man and a woman in their daily basis wherein a man’s preparation time takes only half an hour and while a woman’s preparation time takes more than an hour in their daily basis before going somewhere, because a man will only get up of bed and go prepare and fix his hair a bit before going out, because the society believes a man is someone who takes charge of his own decisions, he is also believe to be raise in order to be tough and strong, he is also believed to be taught in how to provide financial stability to his own family and he is believed to be raised properly in order to make the society work with accordance to his plan. While, a woman will usually go up of bed then go prepare and put on a bit of natural or daily makeup and then choose an attire to go with her whole outfit from her shoes to her hair before going out because the society sees a woman’s task as a person who will please other people around her and make her appearance beautiful in order to please others about her personality.

Now let’s go back to the history of the societal views of the roles of a man and a woman in the manner they believe how should act into and behave as a human being in the society. The society sees a man’s task in the early centuries as a leader, traditionally he is the head of the family where he is the one in charge of managing his own family. He is the one who has the last say in everything his family should do and he is the one that the society sees responsible for any acts that his family makes that might affect the society in any manner. And the society sees the woman as the one responsible for any acts and for any behavior that her children do, they see the woman as the person who is in charge of running the household. She is also responsible for assisting her husband in doing a task in any manner and responsible for how her family should look towards the eyes of the society and also society sees a man as someone strong and brave while a woman is someone fragile, sensitive, weak, emotional, and dependent on its husband or partner.

Currently in the modern society, tradition of male superiority or what we call the patriarchal society which is lost and it is being changed in a way of making and having a gender equaled society wherein they will be no stereotyping towards both sexes and genders and most females are seeing this movement as a movement of change and as a movement of introducing the feminists movement towards the modern society wherein most people are open to new ideas.

So, in conclusion, the status of being a woman in modern society has been improving in the last few decades and the society is currently being turned into a gender equaled society wherein there is no gender stereotyping between both genders and sexes.
